Designed for people with pre-diabetes who wish to prevent developing type 2 diabetes, the Diabetes Prevention Program is a community-based lifestyle change program that can cut the risk of diabetes in half. A trained lifestyle coach will lead each class, covering topics on how to make healthy choices.
