About the Class

Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance (Advanced) is designed for participants who have successfully completed the Beginner class and want to continue developing their skills. This 12-week class meets two or three times per week for one hour and builds on the knowledge and experience gained in the Beginner program.

Participants continue working with the eight Tai Ji Quan forms, Mini-Therapeutic Movements®, and advanced variations that provide additional challenges while further developing strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and postural control.
