You must have access to Zoom on your computer, I-pad, tablet or smart phone to participate in this class. A private Zoom link will be sent out prior to the start of classes.
Not familiar with Zoom? That's ok! We will have a training meeting, Session 0, to show you how to log in and use Zoom for your class. This will take place on Wednesday September 11th at 9:00 am. A Zoom link will be sent out prior to this date.

Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a strength, balance and fitness program for adults 65 and older. Performing exercises that improve strength, balance and fitness is the single most important activity adults can do to stay active and reduce their chances of falling. The entire curriculum of activities in the Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) program can help improve strength and balance, if done regularly.
