This class is open to the public. When entering our facility participants will need to wear a mask while in our building. IN the event of a COVID outbreak classes will be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.

Registered participants will receive a welcome letter from the instructor near the end of March. The link to join weekly classes will be shared in the letter. An information session will also be offered in case the SAIL class is new to you, the information session is a great opportunity to learn how to set up your space, what equipment you'll need, and to ask any questions you have for the instructor. The entire curriculum of activities in the Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) program can help improve strength and balance, if done regularly.

You must have access to Zoom on your computer, I-pad, tablet or smart phone to participate in this class. Not familiar with Zoom? That's ok! We will have a training meeting, Session 0, to show you how to log in and use Zoom for your class. This will take place on Wednesday April 5th at 9:00 am. A private Zoom link will be sent out prior to the start of classes. There will be no class Friday April 14, 2023. We will be attending an event. All are welcome. Instructors will explain once class starts. Also there is no class Memorial Day.
