The entire curriculum of activities in the Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) program can help improve strength and balance, if done regularly.
You must have access to Zoom on your computer, I-pad, tablet or smart phone to participate in this class. Not familiar with Zoom, that's ok! We will have a training meeting, Session 0, to show you how to log in and use Zoom for your class. This will take place on May 25th at 9:00 am. A private Zoom link will be sent out prior to the start of classes.

Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a strength, balance and fitness program for adults 65 and older. Performing exercises that improve strength, balance and fitness is the single most important activity adults can do to stay active and reduce their chances of falling. The entire curriculum of activities in the Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) program can help improve strength and balance, if done regularly.
This evidence-based class is designed to reduce the risk of falling for participants. You’ll learn how to perform exercises that improve strength, balance and fitness. Join instructor, Gail Johnson for a little purposeful fun! Plan to enjoy your workout! Dress comfortably, wear shoes, and have water nearby. In case you are new to the SAIL program, an information session will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 1 p.m., using the link provided to individuals who are registered for the class.
