The entire curriculum of activities in the Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) program can help improve strength and balance, if done regularly.

You must have access to Zoom on your computer, I-pad, tablet or smart phone to participate in this class. Not familiar with Zoom, that's ok! We will have a training meeting, Session 0, to show you how to log in and use Zoom for your class. This will take place on Wednesday September 28th at 9:00 am. A private Zoom link will be sent out prior to the start of classes. There will be no class the Friday after Thanksgiving 11/25.
